Etheldreda Smith

Dreda is Of Counsel in the New Orleans office and practices in the firm's Insurance Coverage, Construction Litigation, and Commercial Litigation groups.


Dreda has experience representing clients in an array of civil litigation matters, including those related to class actions, toxic tort, environmental litigation, oil and gas litigation, maritime law, and intellectual property. She has also defended clients against personal injury claims and assisted with the defense of premises liability claims.

Dreda is a member of the Touro Patient and Family Advisory Board and Chair of Risk Management for the Junior League of New Orleans.  Dreda also works with Fair Production for the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. ​
