Emily E. Ross

Emily E. Ross practices complex commercial litigation, insurance defense, and bad faith litigation.

About

Emily has extensive experience representing clients in an array of civil litigation disputes, including employment disputes, contract disputes, toxic tort litigation, construction litigation, surety law, and appellate work.  Her insurance experience includes representing insurers in first-party coverage and statutory bad faith disputes, as well as in third-party bodily injury disputes in state and federal court.  Her employment law experience includes representing employers and employers’ liability insurers in Title VII claims, Section 1981 and 1983 claims, and Fair Labor Standards Act litigation. She also represents companies in complex, multi-party tort disputes.
 
Emily is admitted to practice before all Louisiana State Courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
