Jeffrey A. Clayman

Jeff advises clients and litigates cases in a wide range of matters focusing on first- and third-party insurance disputes and commercial litigation.

ABOUT

Jeff has experience handling a wide range of matters with a focus on tort litigation, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation. A substantial part of his practice consists of representing insurance companies in coverage disputes and defending direct actions including claims of bad faith and loss of business income. He advises clients, tries cases, and manages disputes in a variety of cases including toxic torts, wrongful death, premises liability, construction defects, commercial transportation, and product liability. Additionally, Jeff regularly works with insurance agents, brokers, and attorneys on professional liability claims. He handles cases in Louisiana and Florida state and federal courts, where he is admitted, and has represented clients in matters throughout the southern United States.

 

Jeff also presents and writes on a variety of topics from ethics to the evaluation of damages.
