Josh counsels insurers on third-party liability and first-party insurance coverage and litigation issues.
About
Josh Yeager has extensive experience litigating property damage disputes across Louisiana in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, Josh was in private practice in Colorado, where he focused his practice on probate, trust and estate, and elder law litigation. There, he gained extensive experience in contested probate litigation, successfully mediated dozens of cases, and built and maintained significant client relationships. Josh was active in the Colorado Bar Association and was a faculty member for various Elder Law Section continuing legal education courses.
Josh received his Juris Doctorate from Tulane University Law School. During his tenure at Tulane, Josh was a member of the Moot Court Board and chaired Tulane’s Appellate Moot Court competitions. Josh was also a member of Tulane’s Ruby R. Vale Corporate Moot Court Competition Team.
Before moving to Colorado, Josh clerked for the Hon. Roland Belsome on the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
