Lisa has advised insurers regarding coverage and bad faith issues in connection with both first-party and third-party claims. She has analyzed coverage under general liability, professional liability, property insurance, and cyber policies in matters involving construction and design defects, products liability, intellectual property infringement, property loss, and breach of privacy. She also has represented insurers in disputes involving commercial and residential property insurance claims and allegations of bad faith. Before focusing on insurance, Lisa practiced business law for three years, drafting contracts and assisting clients with a variety of business matters and transactions.
