Nicholas C. Danna
ABOUT
Nick Danna focuses his practice on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, as well as workers' compensation matters. Nick is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state courts, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Nick earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he served as Longshore Conference Editor of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers in recognition of his excellence in oral advocacy. During law school, Nick distinguished himself through advocacy and alternative dispute resolution competitions while serving in several student leadership roles. He also gained valuable experience through judicial externships with the Honorable Richard L. Bourgeois, Jr. and the Honorable John W. deGravelles of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana, as well as clerkships with the Louisiana Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General, Litigation Division, and the Orleans Parish District Attorney's Office.
Nick received his bachelor's degree in Economics, with a concentration in Empirical Economic Analysis and a minor in Business Administration, from Louisiana State University.
