Rachel R. Lambert
About
Rachel currently handles coverage disputes, bad faith, and construction defect cases. Prior to joining the firm, Rachel worked in the First Party Property and General Liability units. She handled a range of civil litigation matters, including defense of hurricane claims, motor vehicle and trucking cases, premises liability, and personal injury. At her previous firm, she handled multiple depositions, dozens of mediations, and gained experience in both pre-trial and post-trial motions practice. During this time, she was able to participate in first-party property hurricane trials in the parishes of Orleans, Terrebonne, and Cameron.
Rachel attended the University of Mississippi, graduating in 2018 with a B.A. in Journalism and a minor in Political Science. She graduated from Tulane Law School in 2021 with a Maritime Law Certificate. During law school, she was a member of the Tulane Civil Law Society.
