Patrick Lorio Recognized in 40 & Under List by Benchmark Litigation

Pipes Miles Beckman partner Patrick Lorio has been recognized in Benchmark Litigation’s 2026 40 & Under List, which honors leading emerging litigation talent across the United States under the age of 40.

Patrick maintains a diverse litigation practice focused primarily on insurance and commercial disputes. In his insurance practice, he represents insurers in complex first- and third-party coverage matters as well as bad faith and extra-contractual litigation. His commercial litigation practice spans a broad range of disputes, including business and contractual matters, construction litigation, defamation claims, and other complex civil cases. Patrick also has experience litigating domestic cases and securities-related disputes.

Patrick represents clients through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit evaluation and strategic counseling through discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial, and appeal.
