Pipes Miles Beckman Welcomes Three Attorneys

Pipes Miles Beckman is excited to welcome Rachel Lambert, Amy Schapansky, and Josh Yeager to the firm as associates. The firm continues to grow steadily to accommodate expanding business and opportunities in the New Orleans area.

Rachel Lambert handles coverage disputes, bad faith, and construction defect cases. Prior to joining the firm, Rachel handled a range of civil litigation matters, including the defense of hurricane claims, motor vehicle and trucking cases, premises liability claims, and personal injury claims.

Amy Schapansky has a wide and varied experience in multiple areas of law, including general tort, admiralty and maritime, real estate and property law, family law, wills and estates, successions, and immigration law. Her current practice is focused on general insurance defense of motor vehicle accidents, handling all aspects of claims from pre-litigation through settlement, jury trial, and/or appeal.

Josh Yeager is a returning attorney. He primarily counsels insurers on third-party liability, first-party insurance coverage, and litigation issues. He has extensive experience in contested probate litigation, successfully mediated dozens of cases, and built and maintained significant client relationships. Josh is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Colorado.
